Matt Oullis a 14-year veteran of JCB who is presently serving as the Operations Manager for the company. He has been a Superintendent and Project Manager on jobs ranging from $3M to $40M. He brings the experience and expertise of having been a company owner in the late ’90s and early 2000s and willingly shares his knowledge of the construction process with all JCB employees as he interacts with them. He is presently responsible for establishing communication lines with owners, maintaining project schedules and material delivery. He also oversees the JCB fleet of vehicles.
